How to Extend Employee Contract
This guide will show you how to extend an employee contract to a future date.
1. Launch your HRIS and search for the employee's name in the search box, then click on the employee's name.
2. Click on the 'Employment History' Tab.
3. Next, click 'Update Contract'.
4. Scroll down the update contract page and click 'Contract Extension Feature' highlighted in red.
5. Next, click 'Select' to choose the employee.
6. Enter the number of days you want to extend the contract for and input a reason if applicable.
7. Click 'Extend Contract'.
