How to export the competencies of employees in a department or job role on the competency library
This is a step-by-step guide on how to export competencies of employees in a department or job role on the competency library.
1. Launch the Competency App and Click on Competency
2. Select Library
3. Click on the "Actions" dropdown button and select "Export Competencies"
4. Click on "Select Departments"
5. Also, you will be required to toggle on Job Roles
6. Then, select Departments and click on "Done"
7. Once departments have been selected, you will then be required to select the job roles in the department (s)
NB: You will be required to select the departments before selecting the respective job roles
8. Finally you click on Export Competencies and the document is exported to your device.
