How to Escalate a case as Discplinary Admin

Level I cases can be escalated to Level II. When a case is beyond what the reporting lines can handle, they can escalate the case to level II for DC admins and HR admins to act on the case. Steps below explains how to escalate a case.

1. Click on cases and select view to view the case details. Here you are able to see more information about the case, the employees involved, the description, comments and activity log on the case and the reviewers.

2. Click on escalate to move the case to level II

3. Add a comment to escalate to provide more context.

4. Select if reviewers on the level I case can be added as disciplinary committee members to act on the case and submit.
