How To Escalate A Case
Supervisors, HODs, DC Admins, and HR Admins can escalate a case.
1. Go to the admin view or supervisor or HOD view, click on the “view” action for the cases you want to escalate.
2. On the case details page, click on the escalate button.
3. Add a comment for escalating the case.
When escalating a case, only DC & HR Admins that can determine if the reviewers should be moved to the DC committee.
4. You will receive a success message for escalating the case. Admin can see the list of reviewers that have been moved as the DC committee.
Admin can add more members to the DC committee.
The comment typed when escalating the case is seen on the comment section.
The meeting section is visible on the case.
All activities are logged under the activity log section.
5. When supervisors/HODs escalate a case, they can only make comment. The view looks like this:
