How To Enable HOD's To Create Objectives
Kindly follow the steps listed below to enable HOD's create objectives
1. Launch the performance management app
2. Click on settings
3. Select general appraisal settings
4. Indicate by checking the corresponding boxes the objectives that are applicable to your organization
5. Select the type of objectives you want the HOD's, line managers and employees to be able to create.
Scroll to the bottom of your screen and save the settings.
