How to enable Exceptional Achievement during Performance Reviews and 360-Degree Appraisal
This feature allows employees to have the chance to state an exceptional achievement as part of their Performance Review.
To set this up on the system, admins would need to enable a setting that would allow employees and line managers to state an exceptional achievement during performance reviews.
When enabled, an employee and line manager can state an exceptional achievement during a performance review. Also, peers and subordinates can add an exceptional achievement for an employee when rating their core values during a 360-Degree Appraisal.
The steps below are a guide on how to enable this feature in the Performance Management Module;
1. Log in to the HRMS
2. Switch to Admin Role
3. Launch the Performance Management Module
4. Click on Settings
5.Select General Appraisal Settings
6.Click on Appraisals
7.Under the General Appraisal, tick the option that permits line manager and employee to state exceptional achievements during performance reviews
When enabled, an employee and line manager can state an exceptional achievement during a performance review.
Also, peers and subordinates can add an exceptional achievement for an employee when rating their core values during a 360-Degree Appraisal.
