How to disable appriasal cycle creation notification to all employees

This is a guide on how to disable appriasal cycle creation notification

1. Launch the performance management app

2. Click on Settings and select General Appraisal Settings

3. Select Appraisals

4.  Scroll down to others and toggle off "Notify all employees when an appraisal cycle is created"
