How To Create Overtime Request As An Employee
This is a step-by-step guide on how employees can create overtime request from their ESS.
1. Log into HRMS and switch to self service view to enable you make this request.
2. From the "Request" drop-down, click on "Requisition"
This opens up the list of requisition type the employee is eligible for.
3. Click on "Raise a requisition" and the list of policies already created displays.
Navigate to overtime request.
4. Click "Raise request" on the specific overtime policy of interest.
This displays the request dashboard.
5. Fill all the asterisked information pertaining to the overtime and click on "Create overtime request"
This enables you to fill the timeframe for the overtime.
Select "Add Overtime Request" if there are more overtime days to fill.
6. Once completed, click on "Apply" under the overtime summary
You will get a prompt showing that the action has been submitted.
