How To Create Exit Activities
Here is the step-by-step guide on how to create exit activities. Exit activities refer to actions that exiting employee(s) must take before exiting your organization. You may also choose to assign assignee(s) to the task to be completed.
- Click on Exit activities
- Click Create new to create new exit activities
- You can edit, delete and duplicate exit activities
- Tick Select to take bulk actions
- Click Filter result to filter the list of exit activities
2a. Select an activity type.
b. Overview: Fill in the necessary information and select dependency if applicable. Then click Proceed.
c. Activity details: Fill in all details or make selections and click on Proceed
d. Confirmation: Configure activity completion and confirmation. Select assignee (Assignee refers to the person who would confirm that the activity is done)
Then click Proceed.
e. Comments: Enable or disable comments when an activity is marked as completed. Select Yes or No to configure if comments are required.
f. Reminders: You can decide if the system sends reminders of pending activities and set the frequency and time
Note: Dependencies- Activity(ies) selected must be completed before the specific activity can start.
