How to create employee document

Follow the steps below to create employee document.

  1. Launch the HRIS module

  2. Under Employees tab, click on employee settings

  4. Input document name. 
  5. Input the document description. 
  6. Upload a template if one is available. 
  7. Input the document format that is acceptable.

  8. Include the required number of upload. 
  9. Click on Add To List to complete the process.
