How To Create An Overtime Policy
This is a guide on how overtime policies can be created by an Admin.
1. Log into HRMS, switch to Admin view and navigate to Requisition module
2. Navigate to the 3 dots beside overtime requisition and click on "Overtime policies"
3. Click on "Create overtime policy" to create a new policy
4.Fill all the required information and click on "Next"
5. Select eligible pay grades and you can also click "Select All".
Click on "Next" to take you to "Department" tab.
6.Select all departments eligible for the overtime policy and click on "Submit" to save.
