How To Create Escalation Steps
Follow these steps to create escalation steps
- Click on “Disciplinary Management Settings” on the left pane of your admin dashboard.
- Click on the “Escalation Step Settings” to view the list of existing escalation steps
- View a list of escalation steps already created.
- Click “Add a new Escalation step” to create a new escalation step.
- Click “Edit” to edit an existing escalation step.
- Click “Deactivate” to deactivate existing query templates.
- Input the name of the new escalation step.
- Determine the rank (Note that this is the priority for each escalation step. Cases are escalated from the lowest to the highest rank.)
- You can indicate the Admins you want to be notified when a case is attached to an escalation step
- Select the reporting line.
- Select roles.
- Save your work using this button
