How To Create Escalation Steps

Follow these steps to create escalation steps

  1. Click on “Disciplinary Management Settings” on the left pane of your admin dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Escalation Step Settings” to view the list of existing escalation steps
  3. View a list of escalation steps already created.
  4. Click “Add a new Escalation step” to create a new escalation step.
  5. Click “Edit” to edit an existing escalation step.
  6. Click “Deactivate” to deactivate existing query templates.
  7. Input the name of the new escalation step.
  8. Determine the rank (Note that this is the priority for each escalation step. Cases are escalated from the lowest to the highest rank.)
  9. You can indicate the Admins you want to be notified when a case is attached to an escalation step
  10. Select the reporting line.
  11. Select roles.
  12. Save your work using this button
