How to Categorise/Group Allowances on Payslip

You can follow these steps to create categories for allowances on Payslip. An alternative for companies with multiple allowances that extends their payslip download to two pages.

1. Log in to SeamlessPayroll

2. Click Payroll Settings 

3. Click Payslip

4. Click edit

5. Click yes to categorize allowances on the payslip

6. Input the category name and tick the allowances you want to group in that allowance.

Note: You can create as many categories as you want by clicking "Add category"

 

7. Click save and once you run and close payroll, the allowances on the payslip will be grouped based on your setup.
