How to Calibrate an Employee's Appraisal as an Admin

Follow the step-by-step guide below to calibrate the score for an employee on SeamlessPerformance

N.B - To calibrate means to change the final score of an employee. if for example an employee's score has been rated higher or lower during an appraisal review, admins are enabled to change the score of the employee after reviews have been completed. See the guide below to assist;

1. Launch the Performance Management module

2. Select Appraisals to view the drop-down and click Appraisals/Reviews

3. Identify the correct appraisal period, click the Action button to View Appraisals

4. Search the name of the employee, click Action button next to his/her name and select Calibrate Score

5. You will view a page to input your New Appraisal Score and save

It is important to note that the feature is only enabled for employees that have completed their appraisals.
