How to Bulk Edit Employee Information on SeamlessPayroll

Follow these quick steps to edit employee information in bulk on SeamlessPayroll

1. Login to SeamlessPayroll

2. Click Employees

3. Click "view all employees"

4. Click Bulk Action and click Bulk Edit on the drop-down list

5. Click "download a format for bulk upload" to download a CSV format file that has all the employees on the system.

6. Make all updates or changes on the downloaded file

7. Click "choose file" to select the updated sheet and upload.

N.B; Changes to employee names and staff IDs will not be saved for employees with enterprise payroll as it is required that these changes are made on HRIS.

Note: "Add Employee" feature is only visible for clients with standalone payroll, Clients with enterprise payroll will have to add new employees on HRMS. The guide here will assist you.
