[Admin](https://support.seamlesshr.com/hris?hsLang=en#admin) # How to bulk edit or bulk update employee information ## Follow the steps below on how to edit existing employee information. **Bulk editing employee information is categorized into two.**  1\. Downloading the template 2\. Bulk uploading the populated template.  **SECTION A:** How to download bulk edit template.  1\. Check the Name&ID box. 4\. You will be required to choose the fields you want to make changes to. The spooled template will reflect the employee code and other fields selected.  7\. A notification drops with the message that the validation is successful. The notification takes you to the final stage to upload the document.
