How To Bulk Add Additional And Negative Additional Leave Days
Admins can bulk add additional leave days by following the steps below
1. Log in to HRMS, switch to admin view and launch leave management module.
2. Click on additional leave days.
3. Then click on bulk add additional leave days.
4. This opens a page for upload and you can proceed to download the template.
Below is a sample of the template downloaded. You can proceed to populate this, save and upload back on the upload template page.
Please note that this is the same procedure to add negative additional leave days as well.
On the "Additional leave days" column, you will add the duration to deduct. E.g -5
