How to Assign Peers to Employees as an Admin
Follow the steps below to assign peers to employees as an admin.
- Launch the performance module.
- Select appraisals
- Click on appraisal/review
- Ensure that you are on the right appraisal cycle- Click on the action button on the appraisal period.
- Select view appraisal appraisals.
- Search for the employee and click on the action button by the right side of the employee's name.
- Click on assign peers.
- Choose the employee's peers and click on assign to complete the process.
