How to Assign Peers to Employees as an Admin

Follow the steps below to assign peers to employees as an admin.

  1.  Launch the performance module.

  2. Select appraisals
  3. Click on appraisal/review
  4. Ensure that you are on the right appraisal cycle- Click on the action button on the appraisal period. 
  5. Select view appraisal appraisals.

  6. Search for the employee and click on the action button by the right side of the employee's name. 
  7. Click on assign peers.

  8. Choose the employee's peers and click on assign to complete the process.
