How To Assign Employees' Objectives To Other Reviewers In Matrix Appraisals
This is a guide on assigning objectives to other reviewers during matrix appraisals.
- Ensure you are on the correct Appraisal cycle
- Click on Create Objectives
- Input the Objective title
- Type in the description of the objective
- Select the Reviewer
N.B: If the reviewer of the objective is the Line Manager of the employee, you do not have to select any reviewer.
