Log in to SeamlessHRMS, and navigate to the performance management module. 2\. On the 5th step (Set up ARC). 4\. Select the Employee that you want to make an ARC member, Choose the ARC Role (Chairman, Nominal Member, Scribe), and choose the option that the member will be presiding over if necessary, if not, skip step.
