How to Nudge Appraisers during a 360-degree appraisal- Line Manager

Follow the steps below to nudge appraisers during a 360-Evaluation Appraisal:

1. Log into your ESS Dashboard

2. Switch to the "Supervisor role" on your ESS Dashboard

3. Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS

4. Click on Appraisal/Reviews

5. Click on Appraisal Status

6. Click on Action

7. Select "Bulk Nudge Appraisers"

8. Click on "Nudge all pending"

You will then get a prompt that shows you the stages taken to nudge your appraisers to be successful.
