How to Appraise your Subordinates as a Line Manager (Behavioural only appraisal)
Follow the steps to appraise your subordinate's behavioural- only appraisal as a line manager
- Login to the HRMS and switch to Supervisor's view.
- Select Appraisal/Reviews by the left pane.
- Click on the action button on the appraisal period and View Appraisals
- Click on the action button by the right side of the employee's name.
- Select Appraise Employee.
- Select the arranged circle by the right side to rate the core values, add comments if required.
- Click on next to move on to the next stage.
- Add an exceptional achievement or click on next to move on to the next stage.
- Select a recommendation.
- Add final remark.
- Click on done to complete the process.
