How to Appraise Subordinates as a Line Manager- OKR
Follow the guide below to appraise your subordinates as a line manager
- Login to your employee dashboard and switch to supervisors view.

- Click on the appraisal/ reviews menu by the left pane
- Click on the action button and select the view appraisal button.

- Click on the action button on the employee with the status opening reviewer and select appraise employee.

- Scroll down to the section where you can see all objectives and what the employees rated themselves. Click on the rating box to input your rating as the supervisor.

- Click on the compute score button to calculate the total score.

- Click on the next button to go to the next page.

- Click on the circles to rate your subordinates core values

- Click on the next button to progress to the next step

- The next section is for inputting other achievements your employees made outside their objectives. If there is none, click on the next button to progress.

- Click on the select box to choose a recommendation for your subordinates (Example: Promote, Demote, pass or fail)
- Input a final comment for your employees.
- Click on done to submit.
