How to add an employee already on the HRMS to a confirmation policy
Follow the guide to add an employee to a confirmation policy from the HRIS.
1. From your admin dashboard, click on HRIS
2. Click on All Employees
3. Click on Action in front of the specific employee's name
4. Then Click on Process Employee Confirmation
5. Select the confirmation policy that applies and click on Process confirmation
The employee will then be added to the list of employees ongoing probation.
