How To Access Your Talent Pool

The talent pool contains all candidates that have applied for jobs on the RMS. Or candidates/CVs that have be added to the talent pool. You can access your talent pool from the SeamlessHR HRMS or directly on the RMS.

  1. On your Recruitment Management Module on SeamlessHR HRMS, click on Talent Pool.

  2. You can also access it through the Recruitment portal dashboard.
  3. Click on Talent Pool or access it through Explore Talent Pool.

  4. This opens the Talent Pool and you can see the number of candidates there.
