How to access the customer portal dashboard
The guide will assist user to access the customer portal dashboard to track all raised tickets.

1. Click on Go to Customer Portal
2. For an already registered customer, sign in with your email and password
3. For a yet to register client, click on Register here
4. After sign in/ sign up, the dashboard that shows all tickets raised within the organization and their status is accessed.
