How to Nudge Peers and Subordinates during a 360-degree appraisal as an Employee
This guide allows employees to nudge peers and subordinates to take the required actions.
1. Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS
2. Click on Performance
3. Click on Take an Appraisal
4. Select Appraisal Cycle
5. Click on Actions and select "Nudge Peers & Subordinates"
6. Click on "Nudge all pending"
You will then get a prompt that shows you the stages taken to nudge your peers to be successful.
