How An Admin Can Raise A Service Requisition For An Employee
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to raise service requisitions on behalf of employees
1. Switch to your admin view and launch the requisition module.
2. On your dashboard, "click on requests"
3. Click on "raise service request"
4. Search for the employee you wish to raise the request for and click next to select the applicable policy.
5. Click on raise request to select the policy.
6. Search for the name(s)of the employee(s) you wish to add to the request (If you wish to add additional employees(s).
7. Fill or select all the required details to complete the request.
8. Click on submit.
