How To Cancel a DC Meeting
the steps below will guide you to cancel a DC meeting
Step 1: Admin clicks on view case to access the case and the “Meeting Section”.
Step 2: Admin clicks on the meeting date to access the details.
Step 3: Admin cancel a meeting through:
- the meeting details page
Step 4: Admin types the reason for cancelling the meeting.
Step 5: Admin receives a successful message about the action.
Attendees receives an in-app notification about the cancelled meeting, the status tag changes, and the attendees can view the reason for cancelling a meeting on the meeting details page.
