1. An employee is unable to view his attendance records on his ESS after clocking in using the Biometric Device

Answer: Confirm that the employee has been added to the schedule and that an Attendance ID has been generated for the employee.

2. Can I have multiple schedules for different employees?

Answer: Yes, an admin can create different clock in schedules for different employees based on their clock in time

3. I am unable to view employees' attendance records. 

Answer: Kindly confirm that your biometric device is connected to attendance.seamlesshrms.com.Use this guide here to confirm the server address.
