Employees’ Contract Extension Request.
You can extend an employee’s contract or approve a contract extension request using the Employees’ Contract Extension Request submodule
- Launch the HRIS Module
- Click on Request from the left pane.
- Click on employee's contract extension request
- Click on Extend contract  to extend employees’ contract. This extension is usually for contract staff, interns etc.  
- Select Employee, Extend Contract End Date, Reason for Extension and click Extend Contract 
- Click on view to approve existing contract extension requests.
