How To Apply For Redeployment As An Employee

Follow these steps for employees to apply for redeployment

  1. Login to the HRMS and click on the requests dropdown 
  2. Select redeployment to request to be redeployed to another department or subsidiary

  3. If your organization has subsidiaries, you need to select the appropriate redeployment scope.

    Intra redeployment is redeployment to another department within the same subsidiary. While inter subsidiary redeployment is redeployment to another subsidiary within the parent company. 
  4. Select the department you want to be redeployed to 
  5. Also select  job role in the department chosen
  6. Input the proposed start date in the new subsidiary/department.
  7. Select the appropriate region.
  8. Select the location.
  9. State the reason for the redeployment request.
  10. Click on the request redeployment button to request.
  11. You can click on the redeployment history button to view your redeployment history.
