Employee Contract Update Request.

Follow these steps to update employee contract request.

  1. Launch the HRIS app
  2. Select Employee Contract update Request
  3. This section displays the list of employees awaiting approval after an admin made a change to their contracts. 
    Note that this section will only appear if the contract update action is set to require an approval.
  4. Click on view to approve an employee's contract update request.
    The Admin on the approval workflow will be required to approve any change/update to an employee’s contract
