Bulk Delete Employees Checkbox On Payroll

Admins now have the option to bulk delete employees on the SeamlessPayroll

1. Log in to SeamlessPayroll

2. Click on Employee and then the View all employees icon.

3.  Click on the box beside employee name.

4.  Then click on the 3 dots beside the Reactivate Employees option and the "Delete Employees" option shows up.

5. Click on the Delete Employees option and a pop up to confirm the action comes up.

Click on "Yes" to confirm this action and a success prompt comes up to confirm your action.

N.B: Deletion of employee from payroll can be done by clients with Standalone payroll. For clients with Enterprise payroll, the deletion requires that they exit such employee on HRMS or contact us at support@seamlesshr.com via email for further assistance.
