Assessments on SeamlessTesting

SeamlessTesting is an ad-on feature on SeamlessHiring. The platform enables the completion of assessing eligible applicants during a recruitment process.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to utilize our platform effectively:

  1. Send Test Request to Support: Once you are ready to administer a test to your candidates, simply send an email to our support team with details of the test you require.

  2. Provide Test Content: Upon receiving your test request, our support team will send you a file to fill with test questions, answers, and corresponding points for each question. Feel free to customize the test to match your specific requirements.

  3. Send Completed File to Support: Once you have filled out the test file with the necessary information, send it back to our support team. They will review the content to ensure accuracy and relevance before proceeding to the next step.

  4. Upload Test on Our Platform: Our support team will then upload the completed test onto our SeamlessTesting platform. At this stage, the action to upload the test on our platform is completed by our support team.

  5. Receive Feedback: After the test is uploaded, our support team will provide you with feedback and confirmation of its completion. You can review this feedback and make any necessary adjustments if needed before the set date for the assessment.

  6. Administer Test: With the test uploaded onto our platform, you are now ready to administer it to your candidates. Our platform allows you to easily manage and monitor the testing process, emails and notifications will be shared with both you and your candidates during the test administration and completion by candidates.
