Applicant Management

Follow these steps to add a new applicant, view applicant and also edit applicant information.

  1. Click on “Applicant Management” on the left panel.
  2. View all applicants, filter/search by name, progress bar, position, offer status, and date added.
  3. Filter by onboarding batch, offer letter status or clear filter.
  4. Click “Add applicants” to add a new applicant to the onboarding platform.
  5. Click the action button to view applicants data, edit the data or delete the data. Switch to full account helps the admin to move an applicant from the onboarding platform to the employee platform on HRIS.

  6. When you click “Add Applicant”, you can add individual applicants by completing the required fields OR
  7. Click “Add Bulk” to add applicants in bulk OR
  8. Click on sync from Seamlesshiring to sync applicants from the Recruitment management.
