All Employees

The employees’ module allows the systems admin to view all employees, add employees, update contracts, create employee groups and squads etc.

  1. Switch to Admin to see the HRIS module.

  2. Click on the HRIS application to view the modules under it.

  3. Click on employees to view the list of all the employees on the HRMS. Note that you can filter this view by department, job role, employment status etc. 
  4. The actions on each employee allows you to perform various actions such as reset password, apply for leave etc. on behalf of the employee on behalf of the employee.(insert the pix) 
  5. Click on the employee name to view details of employee’s contracts such as employment history, leave, attendance etc.
  6. The red asterisk shows employees that require profile update approvals and the percentage of profile completion for each employee.
