It outlines common reasons that may affect loan eligibility, such as outstanding loan obligations, changes in eligibility criteria, or other applicable lending requirements, and provides guidance on what to do next. If your loan shows as unavailable even though you have previously accessed a loan, please confirm the following: - If you have an active loan, please confirm that you have repaid at least 33% of the loan amount, as you may not be eligible for another loan until the minimum repayment threshold has been met. - If you have any outstanding loan obligations on the platform, as existing obligations may affect your loan eligibility. - If your BVN has been provided and verified on your Employee Profile page, as an unverified or missing BVN may affect your eligibility. - If you recently changed the account into which your salary is paid, as changes to your salary account may affect your loan eligibility.
