Check the payment status first. Confirm whether the transfer shows as Successful. 2. If the payment status shows Successful but the beneficiary has not received the funds, share the payment reference with the beneficiary and advise them to contact their bank for further assistance. 3. You can also contact our **Support team** to request the **transaction session ID**. This ID can be shared with the beneficiary to assist their bank in tracing and resolving the transaction. 4.
