[Disciplinary](https://support.seamlesshr.com/release-notes?hsLang=en#disciplinary) # Release Notes – Disciplinary History Quick Access ## Before now, while Admins could access other employee information like Employment History, Leave records, and Documents directly from the employee profile in HRIS, there was no quick access to Disciplinary History. To view an employee's disciplinary record, Admins had to leave the profile, navigate to the Disciplinary module, and search for the employee there. This added extra steps and made it less efficient to get a complete view of an employee's history when reviewing their profile especially during performance reviews, promotion considerations, or when handling HR inquiries. With this update, Admins now have all relevant employee information accessible from one central location, making their workflow faster and more streamlined. Admins can now access an employee's disciplinary history directly from their profile page in HRIS.
