Audit Trail :The Audit Trail provides a record of actions carried out in the system, showing what was done, who performed each action, and when it occurred. Use it to review system activity, trace changes, and identify the users responsible. This helps you investigate discrepancies and maintain accountability across your team. 2. Pay Rates :  Pay rate is the amount an employee is paid per unit of time worked, such as an hourly, weekend, overtime or public holiday rate, which can be recorded on their employee record whether or not you use Payroll. 3. Shift Premium :  Shift premium is an extra pay rate applied to hours worked in a designated premium shift, with the rate set in HRIS and the premium shifts and their dates defined in Time Management. The earnings are added to the employee's hourly pay when payroll runs. 4. BCW : Designed as a solution to improve productivity and prosperity for both the employers and employees in the Blue-Collar Sector. 1. Frontline Shift Creation 2. Productivity Tracker 3.
