PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT RELEASE NOTE FOR SEPTEMBER 2025

The release note is an improvement to some existing features and release of new features. This is to ensure that users have great product experience.

1.Duplicate appraisal period into an appraisal cycle
On the Appraisal period, click on the actions button to duplicate the appraisal period into an appraisal cycle.
 
2.Update appraisal period notification
On the Appraisal/Review tab and Appraisal Period tab for appraisal cycle, click on the actions button to view the notification setup.
 
3.Setting KPI Frequency Quarterly
On the KPI form, clicking on the frequency option allows users to select "'Quarterly".
 
4.During Performance review, employees can provide objective scores.
5. (Cumulative) Average Employee Appraisal Score
Under Performance Insights > Reports. The last report on the page with title Cumulative Average Employee Appraisal Score, Admin can filter by different parameters.
