Incorrect Bank Details;** You may have entered an incorrect bank account details provided for you to make the ₦50 one-time fee. What to do: - Confirm that the bank account details you used are correct. - If the details are incorrect, use the correct account details and retry the process. #### **2. Failed Transaction;** The transaction may have failed and, as a result, the deduction was not completed. What to do: - Check your bank account to confirm whether the amount was deducted. - If the amount was deducted: Contact your bank to confirm the status of the transaction. - If the amount was not deducted: Wait a little while and try again. You can also try using another bank account, if available. - If your bank refers you back to us, please contact our Support team via call on 02013306080, WhatsApp at +2349166536169, In app chat or email (support@seamlesshr.com) to enable us investigate accordingly. -
