If your loan has been approved but the money is not showing in your account, here’s what you should do: - Contact our Support Team via the in-app Live Chat, email at support@seamlesshr.com, or WhatsApp on 0916 653 6169 so we can check the status of your disbursement. The disbursement may still be processing or might have initially failed, and we may need to resolve this internally - If the disbursement failed, we would work to resolve it, and the money should be credited to your account once the issue is fixed. - If the disbursement was successful, we will provide you with the Session ID for the transaction. - Share the Session ID with your bank and ask them to trace the payment. - If your bank cannot locate the payment, contact our Support Team again and share the feedback from your bank so we can assist you further. Please note: A loan can show as approved even when the funds have not yet been successfully credited to your account.
