Unsupported Bank: Our third-party direct debit partner, Mono, only supports certain banks. If you are using a bank that is not supported, the setup may fail. What to do: - Use a traditional bank account supported by Mono. - Retry the direct debit setup process. 2\. Temporary Service Downtime: There may be a temporary downtime or service interruption with our third-party partner, Mono, which can prevent the mandate authorisation from completing successfully.
