Latest Update On Payslip(May 2025)

We are pleased to share the most recent developments and enhancements made to the payslip. These updates are aimed at improving usability, performance, and the overall user experience.

This upgrade will allow our clients more flexibility with setting up their payslips. The highlights are:

Payslip Library - here, admins can see a list of all created payslips, Payslip library showing the list of existing payslips.

Admins can edit, duplicate or delete payslips from the library.

Add a new payslip: Admins can choose what details to add to their payslips; from extra payments, extra deductions, tax reliefs, exchange rate, YTD values and also show the Unit & Rate for employees with overtime/timesheet updates. 

View template sample: With this functionality, admins can view the default template sample for the payslip before proceeding to create their custom slip.

Preview Payslip: Admins can preview the payslip, with information they have added, continue to edit through the content of the payslip or save the new payslip.

NB: Other payslip functions like sending payslips to employees, bulk downloading the payslips from the payslip breakdown page are still accessible and fully functional.
