There are some improvements on the Recruitment Management module to enhance usability

1. Bulk Upload Moving Applicants:

The bulk movement tool used by admins to shift applicants from one stage to another in the recruitment pipeline has been enhanced. Previously, any error in the upload would block the entire process. Now, successful applicant movements will proceed, while failed rows will be flagged with clear error messages detailing which rows failed and why. We have also improved the performance to allow thousands of applicants to be moved at once.

2. Applicants Source Charts:

We’ve introduced a new visual chart that displays the distribution of applicant sources — e.g., social media, internal applications, referrals, job boards, etc. This is available under the job application dashboard.Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 12.57.01 PM

3. Display Job Level:

4. Expand Location To City-Level Support:

Admins can now define job locations at the city level (e.g., "Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria") instead of just at the state level (e.g., "Lagos, Nigeria"). Additionally, location filters and search tools now support city-based queries.Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 1.13.35 PM

When creating a job in RMS, admins can now access predefined job roles and descriptions directly from the HRMS database. By selecting a job role from HRMS, the relevant job details will automatically populate the corresponding fields. This integration not only maintains consistency between job data in HRMS and RMS, but also minimizes errors in data entry and significantly reduces the time needed to create job postings.
6. Job Visibility Across Subsidiaries:
Admins creating internal job posts now have the option to make the job visible to all subsidiaries— not just the one creating it.
This gives employees across the company wider access to career opportunities, supporting talent retention strategies.
 7.Internal Recruitment Update:
This is to improve the overall experience for internal candidates and HR teams managing these roles, promoting a better perception of internal hiring processes.

8. Hiring Team Member:
The Job team member invites can also be managed by employees on their ESS. For more details, please refer to the this link.
9. RMS Landing Page:

 10. Create Job From Template:
To speed up job creation, admins can now duplicate an existing job and use it as a template. All previously filled details (role, description, requirements, etc.) will be prefilled and can be edited before publishing.

11. Add Applicants In Bulk:
Admins can now bulk upload multiple applicants directly into a job opening by providing their names, email addresses and CV URL using an improved spreadsheet template.

12. In-App Notifications:
Users now receive real-time in-app alerts for key actions.
