# Introducing NEW ESS (Breeze): Your New Employee Self-Service Platform

## Meet Breeze, the new employee self-service platform designed to simplify work. Breeze helps employees manage leave and performance, access payslips, track benefits, and stay connected and more, all in one place. It replaces the previous ESS with a faster, cleaner experience.

#### **The Foundation of Breeze: Platform and Experience**

The new ESS delivers a consistent, intuitive experience with seamless navigation, real-time notifications, and a personalised Discover (Home) feed that centralises announcements, and emotional check-ins.

#### **Enhancing User Experience with Platform Features**

The Top and Side Navigation keep key controls accessible with an uncluttered view, while notifications, Emotional Check-Ins, and company-wide announcements appear on your Discover feed to keep you informed and supported.
