# I can't see my loan history and active loan on the breeze app

When the loan history and active loan page is not showing on the breeze app, confirm if;

- You have a stable network and if the page has loaded completely
- You clicked on the benefit option page and the right pane on the page shows no information on loan history and active loan page.

Once the above scenarios have been confirmed on your end, kindly share a screenshot of the page, your full name, and company name with our support team for further review.
