The system displays a log of activities performed in the module, which you can search and filter by Employee full Name, Action Performed, and Date Range. ### **What is the audit trail?** The audit trail is a record of actions carried out within the Time Management module. Ensure to use the first and last Name - **Action Performed:** Filters records by the type of action carried out, such as Create, Edit, Delete, Approve - **Date Range:** Shows only records within a specific period You can combine filters for faster results.  ### **Troubleshooting** 1. **No records appear after filtering:** Widen the date range or clear one of the filters. Check that the employee name is spelled exactly as it appears in the system. 2. **I can’t find an older activity :** Expand the date range to include the period when the activity occurred. ### **Frequently asked questions** 1. **Where is the audit trail ?** To access the audit trail, open the Time Management module and select Audit Trail from the left-hand navigation panel. 2. **What does the Time Management audit trail record?** It records activities performed within the module, including who performed each action and when. 3. **Can I filter the audit trail?** Yes. You can filter by Employee full Name, Action Performed, and Date Range. 4. **Can I export audit trail records?** No. Exporting audit trail records is not currently supported. 5. **Can audit trail records be edited or deleted?** No. Audit trail records cannot be edited or deleted.
